JM BOOTS REFUND POLICY
We do not accept returns, or offer refunds
All sales are final.
We will exchange in case boots do not fit as long as they are not worn or scuffed.
Please note, JM Boots, LLC reserves the right to refuse all returns.
Custom Orders:
We will exchange or fix custom orders at our discretion. For Custom orders all sales are FINAL, deposits are not refundable if you later decide you do not want the boots.
-If Boots have custom letters or Logos, those are final sale no fixing or exchanging no exceptions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Shipping Policy
WE OFFER FIRST CLASS PRIORITY SHIPPING WITH TRACKING NO INSURANCE
There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
PROCESSING TIMES IS 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS FROM TIME OF ORDER. AND SHIPPING TIMES 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS. We do not ship on SATURDAYS, or SUNDAYS or HOLIDAYS.
We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control.
In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED, IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.
WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS! ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL!
Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT insured, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please select USPS Priority or Express shipping service. Once again we are not responsible for package once it transfers to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the USPS loses the package. If your package is returned you are responsible to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to and for the shipping service of your choice YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING FEE. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR PACKAGE'S TRACKING PROGRESS.
