Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Although we have a strict no return policy we do understand that sizing is different than other brands.  To make up for it we will exchange your boots, for a new pair of equal value.  VERY IMPORTANT to let us know within 2 weeks of purchase. MAKE SURE TO TRY THEM ON, ON a CARPETED SURFACE.  Boots that have been worn or slightly scuffed will not be exchanged!

Intercambios

Aunque tenemos una estricta política de no devolución, entendemos que el tamaño es diferente al de otras marcas. Para compensarlo te cambiaremos las botas por un nuevo par de igual valor. MUY IMPORTANTE informarnos dentro de las 2 semanas posteriores a la compra. ASEGÚRATE DE PROBARLOS SOBRE UNA SUPERFICIE ALFOMBRA. ¡No se cambiarán las botas que hayan sido desgastadas o ligeramente raspadas!
